Cory and I put up our tree last night! We even cut it down ourselves. I think that is the only way we would have been able to get a real tree small enough to fit in our house. We don't have very many ornaments and we haven't put on the lights yet so it looks kind of sad. We need to get an extension cord before we can put them up because there is not a plug close enough. Also, we don't have any room to put the tree on the floor so it's on our table :) oh! also, Cory made the star . we couldn't find a star small enough for the top so we bought 2 ornaments, but one in half and then glued the star to the tip of the other.

haha I know, sad thing is, it was the fullest little tree we could find.
LOVE IT! I like picking out our own live tree every year. The boys and I go to a tree farm and either have one cut or pick a freshly shipped in tree. We prefer to have one cut for us if there are any nice ones left.
I've never found one before, We were going to find one and cut it down for Cory's mom while we were down state but we ran out of time. We just went into the woods behind out apartment and found one. It was fun though.
Sooooo.....what youz call dat ting? A Yooper Tree??? Holy Waa....Only in da U.P. do you find trees like dat.
